Acceptance

Suggested checks, in this order:

  1. The catalog lists commands. Ask the Driver process for its devices, then for one device’s commands. Command ids must be the lowercase {system}.{device}.{command} form.
  2. Read-back and write work. Read one in-range command, write it, then read it again. An out-of-range value must fail and the device must not be written. Dropping the write request must stop remaining steps.
  3. The time-series store shows the points. Open points covered by the matching DataTS process and confirm new values appear. You can also check Time series and Manual control.

VirtualPlant is fine for integration. It does not go through a field Driver and cannot replace a field DataTS process as proof that this site’s point tables are connected.
