GPU check

install-all checks the GPU after nginx and before product processes. It does not start the bundled Studio wizard.

If there is no NVIDIA device, or nvidia-smi reports a version below 560, setup tells the site to handle it. Optimizer-BO already includes the CUDA runtime. The site does not need a CUDA Toolkit.

To check again later, use deploy\nvidia\check-nvidia.bat. To install a driver, run the bundled Studio wizard under deploy\nvidia\depends\.
