Start and stop

Day-to-day start and stop use the Platform services page while signed in as an administrator.

Modes

• Auto start: watch, and pull the service up after a failure.
• Manual only: watch, and allow people to act.
• Never auto: watch only. Supervision will not start or stop the service for you. DataTS commonly uses this mode and has no HTTP probe.

Occupancy

If a tuning is using the service, stop and restart ask a second time before force. The first confirm has not forced the action yet.
